You need to believe in Him ... this is your part of the solution.

To be sure that Christ is yours, you need to believe in Him.

Believing in Jesus is more than believing about Jesus. Believing in Him is personally putting your trust in Him ... trusting in Him as your personal Savior as the One who died for you.

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name.” John 1:12

"Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins." Acts 10:43

“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?’" John 11:25-26

Would you like to be sure that Christ is yours?

Then tell Him in this simple prayer if it expresses the true desire of your heart.

Dear God,
I admit my need ... I am a sinner.
I repent ... I turn to You from my sin.
I believe in Jesus ... that being God, He died on the cross for me.
I invite Him to be my Savior.
Amen

IIf you prayed that prayer, you are now safe with God for all of eternity. God has promised that you now have eternal life ... that you will not come into judgment ... that you have passed out of death into life ... and that He will not cast you out. You are secure because no one can snatch you out of His all-powerful hand ... He is holding on to you rather than you holding on to Him.

"All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out.” John 6:37

“I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.” John 10:28-29
